Mr. Christof Cloete
Founder and CEO
Mr. Christof Cloete holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Industrial Chemistry from the First Moscow State Medical University and two certificates in Public Health Management and Epidemiology from the University of Washington DC. He also holds a Certificate in Blockchain from the Blockchain Council.
With over five years of experience in trading on various platforms, including MT5, it currently offers trading support, blockchain solutions, smart contract writing, and audits to web3 projects on centralized and decentralized exchanges.
Mr. Cloete also serves as a senior business development manager and lead strategist at CLS Global, a leading crypto market marking company headquartered in Dubai. He also Co-founded VestPi, a crypto marketing firm, alongside a team of Crypto Marketing Experts which currently offers a wide range of crypto marketing solutions across the globe.
Mr. Rudolf Cloete
Co-Founder and CBDO
Mr. Rudolf Cloete is an accomplished Chief Development Officer (CDO) with over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial operations.
With a strong background in financial management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization, he has successfully led teams and provided critical financial insights to drive sustainable growth for organizations across various industries.
Mr. Cloete’s career began in investment banking, where he honed his expertise in financial analysis and capital markets. Over the years, he transitioned into senior finance roles, consistently delivering results in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and cost management.
His leadership has been instrumental in streamlining financial processes, improving profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance within complex, fast-paced business environments.
Currently, as the CFO of Meta-tech Blockchain Solutions, Mr. Cloete oversees all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, treasury, accounting, and financial strategy. He has been pivotal in implementing innovative financial models that align with the company’s long-term objectives while maintaining a strong focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, Mr. Cloete is known for his ability to develop and execute financial strategies that enhance company value and position organizations for future success. He is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative, transparent financial culture and leveraging data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Mr. F Hamakali
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Hamakali holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Sechenov University in Moscow. While pursuing his studies, he taught himself web development, mastering HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design responsive websites.
A former professional football player during his university years, Mr. Hamakali is now a Senior Business Development and Regulatory Affairs Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. He has also immersed himself in the crypto industry, building a diverse portfolio of crypto assets and exploring its transformative potential in financial systems.
Mr. Hamakali brings a unique blend of expertise in pharmacy, coding, and blockchain technology, offering innovative solutions to modern challenges.
Mr. Delphan Mbuere
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Delphan Mbuere holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Polytechnic of Namibia. He is also a certified Microsoft Technology Specialist in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
With over six years of experience in financial markets, Mr. Mbuere is a recognized expert in derivatives. He has spent more than 15 years working as a corporate accountant across a range of industries, including retail, hospitality, Information and Communication Technology, and public enterprises.
